Important UAE VAT Law update! 31 October 2024
As taxpayers eagerly await details of the UAE e-invoicing regime and Approved Service Providers (ASP's) during Q4/2024 - the UAE VAT Law has been amended by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (16) of 2024, setting out the legal framework for e-invoicing.
