Shantanu is a New York qualified attorney with over 22 years of experience.
He holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. LL.B (Gold Medal in Intellectual Property) from NLSIU, Bangalore.
He has extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
He founded Ronin Legal in 2021, before which he worked with top-tier law firms, including
- Linklaters in New York,
- White & Case in Singapore, and
- Goodwin Procter in Hong Kong.
He has held leadership positions in various listed pharmaceutical companies and investment funds in India, Singapore, and Dubai.
His broad skill set includes advising funds, family offices, startups and listed companies globally on M&A, PE/VC, Joint Ventures, intellectual property licensing, and complex financing transactions.
