Ruslan is a qualified lawyer focusing on structuring complicated cross-border transactions and architecting onshore and offshore holdings. Ruslan graduated with honours from the reputable law faculty both as a bachelor and as a master of law of the Global Financial Market.
Ruslan was trained by a solicitor of England and Wales when he was working in an English law firm in Moscow for 4 years. Before founding CHENINS Ruslan worked for 2.5 years in the UAE as a legal team leader at an international FinTech platform, and headed its private legal practice.
Ruslan assists investment funds, asset managers, and FinTech businesses with regulatory compliance and represents them in front of state authorities in various countries. He is also capable of facilitating clients’ business expansion in different parts of the planet. His background includes M&A and lending transactions. Ruslan advises international businesses and high-net-worth individuals on Commercial and Corporate Law matters.
Ruslan has visited 27 countries. He plays drums and practises boxing in a local gym.
