About Darren Bradshaw
Darren heads up the Corporate Law Practice at Horizons & Co, with over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. He trained as a barrister, specialising in both contentious & non-contentious issues in matters relating to contracts, construction, corporate restructures, employment, company law and maritime law.
Darren has an in-depth knowledge of contract law, construction law and company law, both common law and UAE civil law. He has worked in both private practice and with multinational construction and oil & gas companies as in-house counsel.
Darren obtained a Master's Degree in Commercial & Construction Law from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom.
Darren teaches undergraduate, LLB (common law), at the University of DeMontfort Dubai, in the subjects of Tort, Commercial Contracts, Employment and Legal Practice.
