FIDIC Users Conference 2023, EMENA - "Features of the FIDIC (Yellow Book) contract: how it was used to deliver the Doha Metro project."

I was honoured to present the opening address at the FIDIC Users Conference EMENA on 10 May 2023.  The topic was "How the Features of the FIDIC '99 (Yellow Book) contract were used to deliver the Doha Metro project."

The presentation outlined the key changes and enhancements made to the standard form and how those modifications worked in practice in implementing one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
