With more than 20 years of international work experience in Industry, Tina is a Business Transformation Specialist who has transformed many processes, and worked across the GRC landscape, across many industries.



Tina is the Managing Director of Proxis which helps medium to large businesses transform their organisations by eliminating manual, administrative work and replacing it with streamlined, more resilient, digitised processes using leading-edge technologies.

Tina also advises clients on procurement of leading GRC solutions to enhance corporate resilience. Over the past 20 years, Tina has helped businesses to become more resilient by implementing and adopting new processes by managing the change effectively and ensuring people are part of the change journey. Tina led the implementation of controls in her previous role in the Corporate Resilience department of Dubai Airports.



Tina is also a Non-Executive Director of Global Girl Project where she provides corporate governance, risk and strategic oversight in her role as a Board Member.
