About Rabia Choudri
Rabia Choudri is the Founder and Managing Partner of R&A Legal Solutions, a boutique law firm based in Dubai and London. With over 20 years of legal experience across the UK, UAE, and the Caribbean, she advises on high-value corporate transactions, infrastructure development, and complex construction and real estate matters.
Rabia is widely recognised for her hotel and branded residence expertise. She has led the negotiation and drafting of Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Services Agreements, Key Money Agreements, and Concession Agreements for luxury hotel developments in the UAE and internationally. Her portfolio includes advising on landmark properties such as Opus by Zaha Hadid and One Palm.
She frequently acts for UAE-based family offices on hospitality asset transactions, including hotel developments, management agreements, and brand assignments, with a combined value exceeding USD $300 million.
Rabia provides strategic legal support across the full life cycle of development projects - from tendering and negotiation to execution and delivery. She is known for crafting effective risk mitigation strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance legal protection and reduce commercial exposure.
Her practice also spans cross-border construction projects involving major infrastructure, retail, and commercial developments. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts under a range of standard forms, including FIDIC and JCT contracts.
