About Mohamed Darwish
Mohamed Darwish is a lawyer and legal consultant in the United Arab Emirates, with experience in various countries including Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey. He has extensive expertise in business development and legal affairs, particularly in the hospitality and real estate sectors. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester in the UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Leeds Beckett University. Additionally, Mohamed holds dual bachelor's degrees, one in business administration and another in law, from Cairo University.
As the founder of "Darwish Legal Consultants," Mohamed specializes in the areas of hospitality, real estate, corporate law, and fintech. His firm closely collaborates with prestigious hospitality organizations and companies in the UAE, offering tailored legal counsel and strategic support to meet the unique needs of each client.
Moreover, Mohamed is a certified mediator by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), a qualification he obtained through the ADR Center in collaboration with the Legal Affairs Department of Dubai.
My focus revolves around facilitating strategic business development by securing favorable contractual terms aligned with local regulations.
