By way of introduction, my name is Darren Bradshaw, and I am the Head of Corporate Law Practice at HL&A. I am an English (common law) trained barrister, specializing in employment, construction & Corporate law. I have been in the UAE since 2006, primarily holding senior in-counsel positions, within various International Companies, within the Engineering Consultation and Oil & Gas sectors. I have been with HL&A since September 2023, where I head up the Corporate Law Practice. I also teach LLB commercial law & legal practice at one of the British Universities in Dubai.
