I am a British lawyer (Solicitor) with a legal career spanning over 23 years in the UAE. During this time, I have advised the Dubai Government and blue-chip multinational corporations in numerous C-suite corporate counsel roles (General Counsel, Legal Director).

I realised that UAE based small and medium sized businesses do not have access to affordable, high quality legal advice and in 2023, I set up my own practice, Ameen T. Rashid Legal Consultancy FZ-LLE.

I advise on all corporate/commercial matters, commercial deals, distribution and franchising structures, employment matters and Healthcare and FMCG sector matters. I provide drafting services for all types of commercial agreements, legal documents and corporate policies. I also provide fractional General Counsel services to corporates who do not have the budget to employ a full-time in-house lawyer.

I provide my clients with a flat fee billing structure as opposed to the traditional hourly billing model utilised by most law firms. This allows my clients to better manage and track their outlay from day one.
