Attention UAE Business Owners❗️FTA Portal Must be Updated

𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐔𝐀𝐄 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒❗️
Ensure your Federal Tax Authority (“𝐅𝐓𝐀”) portal remains updated as per requirements. The FTA has provided a grace period until 31 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 2025, allowing compliance without penalties for outdated records on the portal.

Key updates to be made within 20 business days of any change include:
- 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Renewal or modifications to license details.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: Changes to company information, such as address, directors, or legal structure.
- 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Updates to passport details, Emirates IDs, or director changes.
- 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 & 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Modifications to authorized representatives.
- 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Changes to bank details.
Failure to comply post the grace period will result in a AED 10,000 penalty. Act now to avoid penalties.
